*Regarding the deep doo doo he finds himself in, Chad Johnson has issued an apology “To everyone for the recent events that have occurred” involving his wife Evelyn Lozada.
On his website, Johnson released a statement about his recent domestic violence arrest:
“I would like to wish Evelyn well and will never say anything bad about her because I truly love her to death.”
He adds, “To all the fans and supporters I have disappointed, you have my sincerest apologies. I will stay positive and get through this tough period in my life.”
Additionally, even though he was dropped by the Miami Dolphins, Johnson believes he’ll be picked up by another NFL team.
“I will continue to be positive and train hard for another opportunity in the NFL.”
It’s like people suddenly finding the Lord in prison…ya never know what ya got until it’s gone……
His chances are REAL slim at getting back in the NFL. I won’t say he can’t get back in but VERY slim indeed.
He will get picked up by a team sooner or later. Everybody needs a humbling moment. These athletes need to stop being Captain Save A Ho with these groupie whores.
SAY WORD, SON! I’m still behind him. Innocent until proven guilty. And knowing Evelyn’s history on Basketball Wives, especially this latest season, guilty isn’t even the worst look for Mr. Johnson. He at least shows as a generally positive, sincere, and funny guy, so I’m hoping to see more (good) from him.
