*”The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” has found its Chaff.


E. Roger Mitchell, who has appeared in TV’s “The Shield” and in films like “Battle: Los Angeles” and 2003’s “S.W.A.T.,” has been cast as the Tribute from District 11 who previously won the 45th Annual Hunger Games.

In the original “Hunger Games” movie, Jennifer Lawrence’s Katniss Everdeen won the 74th Annual Hunger Games. The “Catching Fire” sequel has past winners like Chaff and Katniss participating in the Quarter Quell AKA the 75th Annual Hunger Games.

Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson also return to the sequel and Philip Seymour Hoffman, Amanda Plummer and Meta Golding have joined “Catching Fire.” Directed by Francis Lawrence, Lionsgate will be releasing “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” on Nov. 22, 2013.
