Michael Srahan & Kelly Ripa
*Michael Strahan is the man … as far as Kelly Ripa is concerned.
Kelly and the folks at “Live,” the syndicated morning show that’s been around for ages, selected Strahan yesterday to be her permanent co-host.
Strahan’s rep was seen outside the building on 67th and Columbus yesterday grinning from ear to ear, reports TMZ.
Strahan tried out for the gig in June and apparently impressed the suits.
His hiring comes after a several months-long search for a new co-host to replace Regis Philbin, who left the show in November.
BTW … Strahan is 6’5″ … Kelly is 5’3″. They make an interesting pair.
Especially when he dances and does splits in his underwear.

redbone, you mean what his ex-wife had to say. I remember her gloating about all the money Michael owed her and how she wished him well employment-wise so he could honor his staggering obligations.
I probably would have danced in my draws, too! Not, but everybody has to celebrate in their own way…congrats!
That majority white audience will not accept this, so the countdown to his dismissal has already began.
