*Years after their fallout, it appears Chris Tucker and Ice Cube are still at odds, and there won’t be another ‘Friday’ with the friend down the street named “Smokey.”
Rumors arose when Cube announced that there would be a “Last Friday,” and that his former porch-mate would appear in it.
But it’s not looking like Tucker will bless us this time around.
In fact, the comedian/actor sat down with Tom Joyner, and discussed his surface issues with the flick.
“I talked to Ice Cube because it’s such a big rumor, and people get mad if you say you ain’t doing something, so I’m real careful. They’re workin’ on a script. I don’t think it’ll be as special as the first one. We’ll see what happens, but I doubt it that I’ll do another ‘Friday,’” says Tucker.

Ummm, with owing the tax man, he better take whatever he can get…
Oh I’m sorry to heat that! I don’t think the other movies were ever as susseccful as the first one. I still watch it!
Huh? redbone the other movies were MORE successful than the first one.
I wonder what the real deal is. It’s not like the subsequent Rush Hour flicks surpassed or even equaled the first, so why such high standards for the Friday franchise? I heard that he didn’t like the Smokey portrayal, but based on his character in The Fifth Element, I can’t understand that issue either.
LMFAO! The Fifth Element was a terrible movie. Chris’ role in that movie was suspect as hell, but he was funny though.
