Unfortunately, the battle and drama between Usher Raymond and ex-wife Tameka Foster has picked up where they left off before the death of 11-year-old Kile Foster, who was killed in a jet ski accident.
Tameka is saying that Usher didn’t care about her dead son and is only pretending to be affected by the tragedy to get sympathy from the media and his fans.
Foster’s lawyer has filed new documents in the couple’s bitter child custody war, slamming Usher, who asked the court to delay the next hearing in light of Kile’s death, reports TMZ.
In his request, Usher claims he’s worried the hearing would cause “unnecessary stress and strain” for both himself, Tameka and their two minor children “in the immediate wake of this tragedy.”
Usher also claims Tameka would get an unfair advantage in the hearing because the court would not want to rule against a woman who is still grieving the death of her son. Usher fears he could lose custody of the children and believes it would be unfair to him.
But Tameka claims Usher is full of crap … and in docs of her own, insists U’s claims of suffering “stress and strain” are “BOGUS.”
In fact, Tameka claims Usher didn’t care about her son at all in his final days — even though Usher regarded him as a son back when they were married.
“[Usher] visited Kile in the hospital only once” during his 15 days on life support … Tameka claims.
She also claims she had begged Usher to tweet a message about her son, “Please pray for Kile” … but he refused. Instead, Tameka claims, Usher’s next tweet was a photo of his own breakfast with the caption, “Breakfast of Champions.”
In her docs, Tameka claims Usher’s attempt to postpone the hearing is “simply a transparent sham” … and asks the judge to DENY Usher’s request and require him to appear at the next scheduled hearing, set for August 13.
Tameka also claims resolving the custody battle is the only way for her to heal and move forward with her life.

I say if you have the money form the start as hte main provider..why not get custody of your OWN children, why pay the mother to take care of your children when the money is coming from you as the father/providerr from the start?..

She is sick with a capital “S”. Who would care about his case after losing her first born son? This is about money. She was spending his money or plastic surgery and travel to Brazil while he was working and unable to monitor his account. She is going through something I’ve seen happen to family a few times,the death of a child and the parent especially the mom, is never the same after that.
I believe she has to lash out because she is grieving and one of the stages of grieving is anger,she has to lash out because she is beyond livid, her baby(not her oldest as someone up top posted) was tragically,accidentally, maybe carelessly and suddenly taken away from her. What mom wouldn’t be pissed from the beginning to the finale of this episode.And everyday thereafter.All the people I know refuse to get counseling after something so awful

Wow! It’s so amazing that this tramp claims that Usher’s sympathy for her dead son is bogus. She just burried her son on 7/26, or 7/27. A week later she is already back focused on battling Usher in court for custody of their 2 two sons and money. Making negative statements to the media about Usher as an attempt to make him look bad. My goodness, I would have thought this bitch would still be in mourning of her deceased son that she cared so much about. Tameka must be mindful that Usher was just a step-father by marriage to her son, in lieu of being the natural father. I’m sure Usher cared to a certain degree.
