Demetrius Ellerbee is accusing the rapper,  born Jay Jenkins, of locking him out of royalties earned from several songs he helped produce and promote, reports The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

According to papers filed at the Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia, Ellerbee is seeking at least $5 million, as well as punitive damages for breach of contract and a handful of other charges, including conversion and fraudulent misrepresentation.

The entrepreneur is also seeking a declaratory judgment stating he is the co-owner of Corporate Thugz Entertainment (CTE Music), a company he allegedly founded with Jeezy in 2001, and is entitled to half of all its earnings.
