*It looks like Gabrielle Douglas did herself a favor when she revealed her secret love for “The Vampire Diaries.”
According to the Hollywood Reporter, she’ll be starring in the seventh episode of the CW drama, slated to air Nov. 29. And she actually has a role.
“Diaries” actress Nina Dobrev gushed the news on Twitter Tuesday night.
“@gabrielledoug is coming to The Vampire Diaries set tomorrow! Cant wait to meet and work with you girl! Dont forget to bring your bling! 
.”
This was going to happen eventually, right?
After she told the world she was a fan, Gabby received a special congratulatory video from the cast following her gold medal performance.
On top of that, executive producer Julie Plec and the athlete tweeted about making a possible cameo in the new season.
“The Vampire Diaries” returns Oct. 11.
