Michelle Kosilek, convicted murderer, has been granted a sex change by U.S. District Judge Mark Wolf.

*There are a lot of folks behind bars that may think it’s going to be a lot better being inside than being on the outside.

Some folks conditions actually are less appealing on the outside which could make for repeat offenders. But no one would expect that they would be able to get certain cosmetic surgical procedures or healthcare that they couldn’t get on the outside.
