*A California rodeo clown took a joke a little too far.
The suited and booted clown, Mike Hayhurst, had the crowd going with his jokes and stunts until he made some racist comments about first lady Michelle Obama.
The San Luis Obispo Tribune originally reported that announcer Ed Kutz was the one who made the joke, but more recently reported that Hayhurst was the one who actually made the comment, which many felt was insensitive.
According to the Tribune, the “joke” was something along the lines of …
“Playboy is offering Ann Romney $250,000 to pose in the magazine, and the White House is upset about it because National Geographic only offered Michelle Obama $50 to pose for them.”
But no one is taking responsibility for the comment and isn’t planning to take action against the clown or anyone else who is being blamed.
However, Mike Barrett, a board member of the Creston Classic Rodeo issued a public apology.
“I can’t speak for the board, but I myself think that this is unacceptable behavior or conduct by the announcer. I find it offensive, and I think that it’s conduct unbecoming the rodeo announcer,” he told the Tribune.

So tacky and totally disrespectful!!! I know one thing First Lady Michelle with her beautiful smooth skin and toned body looks 1000 times better than Ann ( Stepford wife ) Romeny with those lines in her face..
I agree but its no secret by now that many people feel that Black women are inferior to White women. White is always right to them no matter what and sadly there’s a growing population in our own community that feels that way as well.
“…sadly there’s a growing population in our own community that feels that way as well.”
And this is what fuels it even moreso.
Hmmm… interesting choice of magazines.
I mean, which one of these peckerwood mofos would prefer to see naked shriveled up ass Ann Romney over that fine piece a ass Obama have in the WH?
Reds are you serious the way you go overboard bashing the President? OMG…
Yo…..that’s like “Mit Romney” suddenly stopping “HIS” liiiiiiiies! Haaaaaaayil naaaaaw!! Don’t be fooled by that fake shyt! Every now & then?, she haaaaaaas to “appear” to not be the racist she clearly is! That way?, the usual BS she spits comes off as a “political disagreement”, rather than from simply an…Obama hater! Now remember!, this is what SHE thinks We cain’t see, & you know as well as everybawdy else….”the shyt ain’t worrrrrrrrrkin!! And NIETHER is her recent “certificate in Black slang”! FOH!! So…you ain’t trippin, you know/see what it is, mah, youuuuu know. >
WOW, son. My eyes actually bucked at the joke. That was some foul sh!t. These crackas ain’t got NO SHAME.
I don’t get the racist part of the attack but it was ridiculous nonetheless.
of course you don’t. not knowing that national geographic has pictures of women mostly from Africa and Michelle Obama is African America. Of course you don’t get it.
It actually carry a more disturbing connotation.
Oh ok. So it’s racist because africa is the only continent NG ever focuses on and because Michelle is black….Well ok..if you say so.
the headquarters is near my job. I didn’t see any “african” pictures among those usually displayed on the building nor are there any on the front cover of their recent issue.
Of course you sound like a fool.
Come on dawg, you know what that cracka meant.
We could all infer what he “meant” but what he “said” should be the focus. He likened her to an animal.
That, isn’t racist.
Are you serious? He likened her to an animal is NOT racist? And maybe you should crack the National Geographic magazine open and not look at the pictures in the window.
Do you try to intentionally confuse us with your posts?
You said “He likened her to an animal”, even though earlier you said, “I don’t get the racist part of the attack.”
No, i’m being rather consistent. I think it’s all of you who are confused by what you perceive as…well u perceive anything as racist.
But to further my point, had he actually cited an ACTUAL animal then what? Had he likened her to a gisele or a swan, would you automatically deem that racist too? My guess is what you wouldn’t.
Hence, my consistent argument (somewhat amended) that even though I believe he was likening her to an animal..that in itself isn’t racist. See swan reference.
But who I’m I fooling. I’m talking amongst the “nething white people do is racist” crowd.
“I don’t get the racist part of the attack but it was ridiculous nonetheless.”
He doesn’t get it because it’s a Black women being denigrated…nothing else to it.
No. If someone came and called you an animal, I would support that sort of denigration. That’s for certain.
I know you would do anything to deflect from the ‘fact’ that this is what you are called and regarded as every day of your ‘miserable’ life. Deal with it!
I’m making $86 an hour working from home. I was shocked when my neighbour told me she was averaging $95 but I see how it works now. I feel so much freedom now that I’m my own boss. This is what I do, Blue31dotcom
