*Oprah Winfrey stopped by her best friend Gayle’s job this morning and revealed that she has found a new discovery: Bed, Bath & Beyond.
Appearing on “CBS This Morning” to discuss the graduating class of her school in South Africa, Oprah described taking the high school graduates to Boston and helping them move into college as one of the most rewarding things she’s ever experienced. Like many incoming college freshman, that included a trip to Bed, Bath & Beyond.
Oprah’s homie and “CBS This Morning” co-host Gayle King said she had to interrupt at that moment to share an anecdote. Oprah called King while in Boston and apparently said, “We went to this great store called Bed, Bath & Beyond. Have you heard of it?”

King did not hide her astonishment. “Everybody’s heard of it,” she said.
“Well I didn’t know what it was. I thought it was a little boutique,” Oprah apparently said in her own defense. “But, it’s really a cool store!”
Oprah went on to discuss her placement on Fortune magazine’s “50 Most Powerful Women in Business” list.
She has appeared on the list every year since its inception, but was ranked 50th this year. The magazine described her as “hanging on—barely.”

this is why O has been completely out of my viewing radar . . she’s so out of touch with the average person, I am offendedand insulted by her attempts to be “regular” .
