*Bishop Eddie Long’s wife, Vanessa, recently gave a heart to heart speech spoke before the congregation at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church.
Mrs. Long addressed her trials and tribulations and the “storm” she had to endure during Bishop Long’s sexual misconduct crisis in 2010.
Earlier this year she filed papers to divorce him, but later changed her mind. She speaks on that and more in the video below.

Both are all about the money and image. She apparently has accepted this clown as is. I do not know of any woman who learned that her man is secretly a molester, pedophilia, gay, or bi-sexual, and remains in the home with a man like Eddie. Through the test of time a person or someone can be forgiven, right? However I like how they both attempt to project things didn’t happened , and was all a misunderstanding. That serpent Rev. Eddie Long is in control of her mine, he’s been manipulating her and others for years. He’s very charismatic and slick.
Mrs.Long! Just spoke 2 her church Sunday morning service, how she’s fought 2 leave or 2 stay in her marriage, but, Sis. Long is a praying woman, Im sure she wore out her knees praying 2 the Lord! About this everything isn’t about MONEY…….. It’s also about FORGIVENESS, trusting God… Too bring u out of any situations, the good, bad, something as heartbreaking as what she going through, and her children’s, but God is faithful, whatever u go through Jesus will help u….. Overcome if, u ask him.
Beatrice, if you think Mrs Long “wore out her knees”, then I can only imagine what Eddie Long’s knees look like after kneeling for so long in front of 3 teens (uh, allegedly).
How many women do you know that are Christians, or not that is willing to remain in a relationship with a man after learning that he’s bi-sexual,or gay having fetish for young boys , engaged in inapropriate activities, or sexual intercourse with other males outside of marriage? A wife cannot trust or compete with a man that has such feelings or cravings for boys / mens. Why would a woman want to hold onto a relationship with an down low, unmanly ass man having sex with men? Eddie Long is a very high sexual risk. Vanessa Long’s tune will change if she’s diagnosed with a disease such as HIV. Moreover, Christian woman yes or no, not too many black women in particular will tolerate this lifestyle unless they are bi-sexual, or in a marriage of conveniences. Yes, it’s certainly about money, status, children etc. I really feel sorry for her. Regardless, certain things will always be in her mind, and if she is okay with the down low, then I wish her well along with her monthly check ups.
My advice to ppl is keep your mouth off the man and woman of God. If you wasn’t present at what was allegedly purposely happened. Not taking no sides. But inspite of not saying it happened or not that’s between him and God but the Bible warn about ppl putting their mouth on God’s ppl and God’s anointed. David was very aware of that when King Saul pursued David’s life tried to kill David and the Bible said David had occassions where David could have killed Saul and don’t you think David had every right. But the Bible states that because Saul was anointed God’s anointed one Saul, He would not place a hand on him. Whatever right you feel you can put your mouth on Bishop Eddie Long and his wife…you are releasing a curse in your life. The Bible says touch not my anointed and do my prophet no harm. God ask us to pray and stand in the gap for all leaders and there are no conditions nor exceptions to the rule. My advice is keep your mouth shut. You are spuing death and damnation to your own life. That’s not a warning that is a promise…shut your mouth!
