Nicki Minaj to Perform at the American Music Awards

*Nicki Minaj has been announced as one of the performers set for the 40^th annual American Music Awards, to take place Nov. 18 at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.

Taylor Swift and Linkin Park were also named Wednesday as part of the performance lineup, joining previously announced artist Christina Aguilera.

Minaj is the night’s leading nominee, along with Rihanna, with four bids each. Swift is nominated for favorite female country artist and Linkin Park is in the running for alternative artist.

Fans can pick the winners by voting online.

The ceremony will be broadcast live on ABC.
