She recently shared her thoughts about Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade splitting bills. Union, an actress, and Wade, an ex-NBA superstar have been trending after Union told Bloomberg News that she and her husband go 50/50 in their household finances. Well, that prompted journalist and commentator Roland Martin to head to Hollywood Unlocked’s Instagram comment section ‘cause he definitely had sumthin’ to say about the situation. Martin seemed to be especially offended by Eboni’s position and ended his screed with the provocative question, “Which one actually has a husband?” Lawd! The scenario is very relatable so we have to ask what would you have done? Well, noted journalist/podcaster Jemelle Hill answered the question: “For all the people calling her out for being in his phone, I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve accidentally seen text messages on someone’s screen while on a plane sitting next to them (it’s why I have a privacy screen, in fact). I’m glad she called him out because I promise you what he really thinks about Black folks shows up in other areas in his life — and not just on an airplane.”
Rapper Flo Rida has recently agreed to a support package for his disabled son that could total nearly $500,000. This comes after his ex-partner, Alexis Adams, filed claims against him in Bronx Family Court, alleging that he was failing to pay medical and school payments for their six-year-old son, Zohar. Wow.
