Shidea Lane
*Artis Hughes, the Cleveland RTA bus driver who was recorded upper cutting a female passenger is getting his revenge.
His company has filed disorderly conduct charges against Shidea Lane, who was also caught on camera doing some thangs of her own.
When asked to pay her way, Shidea proceeded to yell, hurl insults and spit on 22-year-old driver, Artis Hughes.
While his actions are not quite justified, he still gets to have his day in court with the woman who instigated the assault. Artis remains on suspension without pay as the investigation moves right along.

i ride public transportation daily an she gets no love from me .. seriously the young females have no repect for themselves or anyboy else for that matter.. i hate my commute !!!!!!!… i cant turn my headphones up loud enuff to drown them out .. im gonna need a hearing aide by 55!!! she shoulda paid her fare like everybody else an sat down .. she knows there is a fare im sure this wasnt her first bus ride … an then to SPIT ON HIM TOO !!??!! THATS THE NASTIEST THING YOU COULD DO TO SOMEONE .. I hope they give her whatever the max is an make an example of her !!!!!

Well, I guess they decide to make their move, knowing that she is already lawyering up.
And in case she goes at them along with the driver, I’m pretty sure they will say it’s not their fault and he was trained to do the following in a situation like that:
1. Miss, please stay behind the yellow line.
2. Miss, please do not touch me.
3. Miss, please do not spit on him.
Any failure to abide by those requests, the authorities should be called, but at no point should he verbally abuse, instigate or encourage the passenger to assault him to provide an excuse for battering her.
Now if after all that, she continues to act the fool, then that’s another matter.
But he had to know there would be consequences. What was he thinking? You going to make an unruly passenger cause you to lose 22 years of service.
All the simps and hood boogers on that bus didn’t say anything to her when she hit him but when the bus driver defends himself now everybody has something to say…All Femminism ever done for women was turn women into bullies.
