*Attorneys for Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend have reportedly settled court issues surrounding the Thanksgiving Day brawl at the actress’ home between her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry and her fiance, actor Olivier Martinez.
Aubry was arrested after the fight, which left him with a black eye, a broken rib and other injuries. He obtained a temporary restraining order against Martinez.
The model and Berry have been battling over custody of their 4-year-old daughter Nahla for months and have appeared twice in a family law court since the fight.
Blair Berk, an attorney for Berry, and Shawn Holley, who represents Aubry, released a statement after Thursday’s hearing that said the two sides had reached an amicable agreement, reports the Associated Press.
No details were released, and the attorneys declined to answer questions.

It was posted by RadarOnline that Thanksgiving Day was Gabriel’s day to have Nahla but Halle asked if she could have her. Gabriel agreed and brought the little girl over and was then AMBUSHED by the Olivier thug.
I hope someone gets their hands on any settlement documents, etc. This drama can’t just end like this.
Oh, and I hope Gabriel regains his former HOTness, along with the MILLIONS OF $$$ Halle and Olivier must have to pay him now.
She has to be feeling the flack that most people believe she’s an unstable parent and her public image is mud…this was the only option to make folks stop questioning her antics as a parent. I knew this would happened. People don’t realize that when you have a kid, you’ve got to make sure who choose for a parent. This guy didn’t bring shit to the table other than giving her a good feeling and now’s she screwed…it wouldn’t surprise me one bit if he gets custody of the little girl and she tries to kill herself!

OK folks.No matter how much you say it, it’s not Halle’s fault that her baby daddy turned out to be a free loader. Nor is it her fault that he got his ass whipped by a real man.
Halle’s only “problem” is her unwillingness to accept any type of bullshit in a relationship. Whether it’s cheating or having a man who will not pull his own weight.

There are a lot of hypocrytical haters out there… Who have too much to say about your life…
and who have all had more than one bad relationship themselves.
The only diffrence is that Some women tend to stay in a marriage and try to make the most of it…because of religeous reasons, or financial reasons.. or have to settle upon the “Pros” and “Cons” Such as:
“He’s cheats, but he’s a good provider” or ” He doesnt cheat but he’s not a good provider”
Wives end up having to look the other way and “front” like they are in a good marriage, saying phrases like “It may not work for some women, but it work’s for me”… Fronting
Or end up constantly having to forgive thier husband for all of his indiscretions over and over again until he’s too old to do anything else.
Or end up with a very selfish man… whereas the wife and husband go out and work but the wife come home and do all of the cooking and cleaning.
And some people, like yourself, Halle, know that life is too short to stay and put up with all of the crap.. So you know when to leave.

I disagree, Halle ain’t no princess..ask the celeb women of hollywood, ask them how many boyfriends did halle go after? In fact, half of the men you listed above- Halle had relationship with, she stole them from other women who were in relationships..with this men.
Halle has problems with men PERIOD, she did before she became famous and now even so after her celebrity status.

Perhaps I am missing something… the level of hatred sent Halle’s way is unusually high.
Stories like this happen DAILY. I can’t even imagine how humiliating it would feel… to be in the national headlines with this.
The haters aren’t on a world stage. Halle is. She went on national TV with her most recent ex-husband and was interviewed about his sex addiction..something everyone forgets he denied having..during the same interview.
She then went on Oprah and proclaimed she would never get married. In the same year she divorced Eric, she met Aubrey. Then comes the baby. In the same year she called it quits w/Aubry, she met Oliver. Then the marriage announcement.
All…on…a national…stage.
