*After the big brawl that went down outside her house on Thanksgiving Day, it’s no surprise that Halle Berry will be in court ASAP to get a restraining order against her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry.
Sources say Aubry started the fight with Halle’s current beau, Olivier Martinez. For him to do such a thing right in front of 4-year-old Nahla, has caused Halle to be more than concerned the source told TMZ.
Even though an emergency order of protection was issued – requiring Aubry to stay 100 yards away from Halle, Nahla and Olivier – that order expires Tuesday. So you know where Halle will be on Monday.
We’re told Halle’s lawyers will be in family court asking a judge to extend that protection for an indefinite period of time.
The bloody fight landed both Gabriel and Olivier in the same hospital ER. Gabriel was arrested and could be charged with criminal battery.
Sources tell us … Halle’s argument is pretty simple — if Gabriel can’t control himself enough to protect Nahla from emotional trauma, it’s too risky for him to be around the child, Halle, or her fiance … with whom he clearly has beef.
Halle has firepower behind the argument, because we know Halle’s lawyers argued before the same judge on previous occasions that Gabriel’s temper was uncontrollable.

It’s pretty clear who got the worst of the brutal Thanksgiving Day fight. Aubry is a swollen, bruised mess after Halle’s fiance Olivier Martinez put a whippin’ on his face.
Then, on top of the beat down he received from Martinez, Aubry was also arrested for starting the fight.

Gabriel seems to be one of those guys that can’t control his temper.
Earlier this year he pushed that nanny and got away with it!

If Halle is engaged to Martinez… Gabriel should just have the man to man discussion and keep it moving. Anytime there is a child’s father involved… this typically happens.

Well, the Halle detractors seem to think otherwise. They seem to think that Oliver needs to be out of sight when Aubry’s around. Like Halle can’t have a man in her life because of this idiot.
These types of encounters occur every day with women, their baby daddy, and the new man in their life. If the baby daddy can’t deal with it, then he needs to avoid the situation or the law needs to place a restraining order on him.

I guess he thought he was the shit. Getting Halle to pay him thousands of dollars in child support and making her life a living hell. So he thought he could go to her place anytime and disrespect her fiancée.

The person I feel bad for is Nahla, form my understanding she witnessed the fight, the judge ruled that Halle cannot take Nahla and move to France because of the paps relentless stalking, it is well beyond obvious that Gabriel has anger issues but after this beatdown hopefully he will get the help he needs. I wonder if Halle were able to see into the future would she still become romantically involved with Gabriel?? she was so desperate for a baby that she hooked up with the first good looking guy that would contribute to the gene pool so to speak, I am wishing peace and happiness for her and Nahla for the holidays and the new year ahead..
I’m relieved to finally read some objective comments regarding this issue. You have some Halle bashing and Aubrey cult worshipping going on at almost every site running this story. Undoubtedly, by some biased angry white women who think the world of Aubrey, and see Halle as Jezebel incarnate.
The fact is no one truly knows what goes on behind closed curtains.

Sorry, but the common denominator in all of this mess is Halle. Drama follows whereever she goes. Gabriel may have anger issues, but I believe Halley is using the Oliver guy to egg him on knowing he’s going to explode at some point. Give her a few years and she will be hollaring about how abusive the Oliver guy is once the relationship goes bad. That has been her routine with every relationship. Even if she is telling the truth and the men are abusive, at some point she have to take resposnsible for repeatly going after the same type of man. Her victim routine is getting tiring.

Now I’m trying to figure out why that’s not obvious to everyone else. How is Halle supposed to know what these men will do in the future? And they all had different issues.
One was physical abusive. Then both men she married cheated on her, which was somehow her fault, even though they found her appealing enough in bed to marry her. Now you got this guy with a totally different set of issues.

I think most of these folks really just don’t like the fact that she refuses to settle for second best. And let’s face it, as you alluded to, the issues with the men in her life are not unique. Please. All of this drama didn’t begin until Aubry was spotted with another woman (I believe it was with Kim K. at the time). Up until then he was actually traveling with Halle and keeping the daughter even while Halle was out with the new man. She basically wanted him to act as a nanny as while she went on with her life. When TMZ printed those pics of him with the other woman is exactly when the drama began. Before then she was saying he was the perfect dad.
NO all men don’t cheat or have anger issues. Man or woman, if every relationship you have is dyfunctional and drama filled the problem is probably you. We are responsible for the people we allow into our lives. Halle repeatly chooses the same type of man and she will continue to do so until she works on herself.

I think Aubrey was set up! 1st Olivier should Not have approach him when dropping Nahla off & started speaking on Halle & Aubrey business (that’s between them). 2nd Halle is just trying to get her selfish a$$ over to France to be with Olivier (take another child away from seeing the father).

With all that being said, this is who she chose to have a child with. I’m sure this is a side of him she already knew so whatever repercussions i.e. child support, is on her. Every relationship she has is always laced with drama and I will always believe Dave Justice’s version on the type of person she is. She’s got major issues…that white boy milked her dumb ass and this one she has now is rumored to be cheating. She needs to take a long look in the mirror and figure out what she’s doing wrong. I always thought that everything that Justice said wasn’t a lie. Some Halle fans countered that he cheated on her as well but that doesn’t mean that she does not have issues too. There was a lot of merit to what Justice said about Halle and now chickens are coming home to roost!
