*Based on what happened Thanksgiving Day between Halle Berry‘s ex (and baby daddy) Gabriel Aubry – and her current beau Olivier Martinez – one can conclude that they have a problem being in the same place at the same time.
Specifically, the two men got into a physical altercation. However, the exact cause is unknown at this time according to the LAPD, even though a Hollywood watch commander told Us Weekly “the investigation is ongoing.”
On the other hand, TMZ is reporting that law enforcement officials told them the fight began when Aubry showed up with his daughter, Nahla, 4, for a custodial handoff to Berry. After Martinez (Halle’s fiance) reportedly told the Gabriel, “We have to move on,” Aubry pushed the actor and threw a punch at him.
The story goes that the two continued to struggle until Martinez managed to pin Aubry to the ground. TMZ also claims Aubry sustained a broken rib, contusions on his face and a possible head injury. Martinez may have broken his hand and suffered neck injuries.
According to Radar Online, Martinez, Aubry and Berry were cordial during a pre-holiday party Nov. 21.
Earlier this month, a judge ruled that Berry will not be able to move to France full-time with Nahla. Following their April 2010 split, Halle and Gabriel have been engaged in a nasty custody battle.

She already pays him $40,000 a month. Seems like Berry is not having any better luck with the white boys. Halle, ..you still can go back!
Well if indeed Mr. Oliver stayed its time to move on, then I can understand why Gabriel made a move because you dont confront another man about his child. This sounds somewhat of a plotted scene. Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry Ex, Arrested After Thanksgiving Fight With Her Current Boyfriend.
LOS ANGELES — Halle Berry’s ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry was arrested for investigation of battery Thursday after he and the Oscar-winning actress’s current boyfriend got into a fight at her Hollywood Hills home, police said.
Aubry, 37, was booked for investigation of a battery, a misdemeanor, and released on $20,000 bail, according to online jail records. He’s scheduled to appear in court Dec. 13.
Aubry came to Berry’s house Thanksgiving morning and police responded to a report of an assault, said Los Angeles Police Officer Julie Boyer. Aubry was injured in the altercation and was taken to a hospital where he was treated and released.
Good. So now his bitch ass won’t be able to sue Oliver. Well, at least he won’t win.
Halle is a beautiful woman on the outside but is really really fucked up in the head. She clearly has some deep seated issues. Just look at all the men she has run through and the outcomes of each of those situations. Speaks volumes! Sadly this guy let her beauty mislead him and he boned her raw resulting in a daughter. Now he will be forever linked to her and have to deal with her madness until he either just walks away from his daughter or kills Halle like OJ killed Nicole. I am thinking the latter is the more likely scenario given she seems to know how to push his hot buttons. Only time will tell.

OK, there is som’n about this Halle Berry situation that I’m missing. Like most other women at her age, she has been through a few relationships which obviously didn’t work out which is why she is still not married to any of them. Like most other women, she has a child with a man who she is no longer in a relationship with. So why is she considered to be such a poor judge of men? And given the nasty attitude of her daughter’s father, how else should she handle the situation? It’s obvious this guy intends to make her life a living hell if she is with another man. So why shouldn’t she push back? Take the latest man in her life. I don’t know much about him, but I have never heard of any incidents between them, even though they have been dating for over two years. Anyway, the public still view it as another poor choice.
I think Halle’s problem is that she is so good at everything else, at least what we are aware of, that the public has an unrealistic expectation for her to be better at choosing men than other women.

She has been plagued by drama, and negative press, people even attempting to infer, or write her off as crazy etc. When not all has been her fault. It’s no real secret about Gabriel, and that he was abusive to Halle, got the press / followers to believe untruthful things about Halle and their relationship. Gabriel once used racial slurs when addressing her to where his true feelings prevailed. He was no stranger on verbal abuse, bullying, roughing up girls like Halle. His sissy punk a.. was not quite used of fighting males, just females only.
