*When it comes to her hair, Willow Smith is one youngster who’s treated like an adult as far as her haters and people in general are concerned.
And interestingly her mother, actress Jada Pinkett Smith hasn’t spoken a peep to defend her child … that is until now.
Jada finally took to her Facebook page to address an issue that seems to have bothered her for months.
She wrote:

This subject is old but I have never answered it in its entirety. And even with this post it will remain incomplete.
The question why I would LET Willow cut her hair. First the LET must be challenged. This is a world where women, girls are constantly reminded that they don’t belong to themselves; that their bodies are not their own, nor their power or self determination. I made a promise to endow my little girl with the power to always know that her body, spirit and her mind are HER domain. Willow cut her hair because her beauty, her value, her worth is not measured by the length of her hair. It’s also a statement that claims that even little girls have the RIGHT to own themselves and should not be a slave to even their mother’s deepest insecurities, hopes and desires. Even little girls should not be a slave to the preconceived ideas of what a culture believes a little girl should be.

OK, there you have it. Even if it’s a little late in coming, at least Willow knows the public officially knows her parents have her back. It will be interesting to see how this all works out.
Jada, you’re an excuse, waiting for a problem . . . . . any normal person, bored enough (like me) to post, would say, I or my sister clowned him/herself as they allow liberally allow their kids to do, our asses would be whooped. All this free-to-express yourself bullshit, will get you a “Dakota Fishburne, Patty Hearst or a Kanye”. . .you can’t raise them wild and then expect them to act right when their older . . .that’s called piss-poor parenting . . well (sigh), at least their wealthy enough for me to not have to pay welfare on them . . . .

I understand a mother protecting their children when their children are still trying to make their way in life making WRONG choices as result of a identity problem…here’s why– a child looking in the mirror at who they are suppose to be.. and feeling totally different inside.
Any adult educated parent can quess what’s really going on with WILLOW.. She favors in appearance EXACT to her Dad WILL.. moreso than Will’s sons– WILLOW’s brothers…
Hmmm, I understand where Jada is coming from in regards to rigid gender roles that are placed on young girls from birth. I get it but I think she should do it in stages and also teach her the meaning of boundaries. I think when you give a child too much, too soon, they don’t appreciate it or they think the world revolves around them. I understand she is trying to teach her daughter female empowerment but she also needs to just let her be a kid instead of an experiment.

That’s a totally baseless and foolish comment.
Another example of parents letting their children run things. She thinks she’s nurturing a free mind when all she’s doing is fostering a disaster waiting to happen. Children need to be guided and have boundaries set for them if they are to be productive members of society. This free thinking shit will not serve this kid well in the future.
Jada / Will seem to follow the Scientology religion. For example children should be allowed to explore and learn on their own terms whenever possible.
This kid is followed around daily by the paparazzi. She looks miserable… sometimes she looks silly with the colors & styles. I can’t imagine that when this child hears some of the things said about her that it does not hurt / depress her.
Not too long ago this child had on a jacket that said “I hate Everybody”… something like that. For me I felt like that was perhaps a cry for help.
