*Dang, it must be painful to see your big ol’ mansion being auctioned away because you are … well, broke and keep up the payments.
That must be what ex- NFL all-pro lineman and former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant Warren Sapp is experiencing right about now because that’s what happened to his 10,00 square foot Orlando area abode.
And just was it that scored a touchdown with Mr. Sapps’ used-ta-be home? Why, that would be fitness guru Brenda Dykgraaf, according to Jose Lambiet’s Gossip Extra.
Abs goddess Dykgraaf got the $7 million-crib for $2.1 million!
Broward County resident and former University of Miami star Sapp once played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers under one of the league’s richest contracts that paid him $450,000-a-game.
But he was forced to auction his 10,000-square-foot mansion outside Orlando to the highest bidder last week as a result of his Chapter 7 filing settled in April.
The 51-year-old Ab Roller inventor Dykgraaf bid $2.1 million for a custom-built Windermere crib – and got it!
It cost Sapp $7 million in 2005 and is appraised by taxing authorities at $3.4 million.
The photos of the house, however, could make mortals understand why even a big earner like Sapp, now an analyst with the NFL Network, could go broke!
It’s got a lazy river, a two-story-high wine bottle display, a dock on Lake Butler and hand-decorated ceilings and walls throughout.
By the way, the house is down the street from where golfer Tiger Woods famously crashed his car at Thanksgiving 2009.
