Baron Jay Littleton

*Having recently returned from Africa, actor/author/entrepreneur Baron Jay Littleton continues to broaden his horizons. He has added to his aspirations a 2013 run for a City Council seat in the city of Inglewood, California, and the creation of a partnership with All Star Designer and artist Tamani Elliott.

Their goal is to provide a venue to bring art back into the community by giving youth an opportunity to express their feelings through artistic endeavors resulting in the display of their work at art show galleries. The free program is set to begin in February 2013. Elliott – who has no formal training – creates from the heart. Her mother is an artist so perhaps it’s in her DNA. Her JuJu collection reflects her life experiences and the impact of the death of a dear friend.

Baron Jay (as he prefers) says his trip to Africa’s Malabo, which is the capitol of Equatorial Guinea, was a fact-finder to learn and understand how Black Americans can do business in that country. He has an interesting perspective stating:

“The president welcomes us with open arms to bridge the gap between Africans and Black Americans. There is so much opportunity for us to do business in the Mother Land. I liken it to the Bible story of Joseph who was sold into slavery by divine purpose so that he could save his family. I believe every Black American should visit an African country.”

He’s scheduled to go back in February to complete the Computer Business Incubator Center – a project in which he’s partnering with a few African residents. The President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, sponsored the trip for 50 Black Americans and 50 African politicians. It was organized by GB Energy, and the World Conference of Mayors.

Baron Jay is also co-starring in the soon-to-be-released spoof ‘Not Another Celebrity Movie.’ It’s a hilarious new plot where Charlie Sheen becomes obsessed with the idea that Justin Bieber is his biological son. What makes it so refreshingly appealing and captivating is that the entire cast is played by celebrity look-alikes. The storyline: Sheen recruits famous friends like George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Kanye West (portrayed by Baron Jay), and Donald Trump to help him kidnap ‘the Bieb.’ The movie is set for release in 2013.
