*The word is out and it’s official. Kim Kardashian is pregnant with Kanye West‘s baby.
The rapper confirmed the news while performing at Revel in Atlantic City on Sunday, Dec. 30. ‘Ye told the crowd to “stop the music and make noise for my baby mama,” referring to Kardashian, who was in the audience.
This will be the first child for both Kardashian, 32, and West, 35 who began dating in the spring of 2012. Kim, by the way, is still married to NBA player Kris Humphries; she filed for divorce in October 2011.
And of course with big news like this, you know Kim’s family wanted to get in on the action, too. So her sister Kourtney took to Twitter.
“Been wanting to shout from the rooftops with joy and now I can! Another angel to welcome to our family,” tweeted Kourtney Kardashian, who has two kids with her partner Scott Disick. She added that she was “overwhelmed with excitement.”

First of all I’ll believe it when I see her belly grow in the coming months because both Kim and Kanye are publicity hounds and I’d like to see everybody do Kim like they did Beyonce and say she has a fake baby bump. Secondly, this to Lady_Elle. If there is a baby it ain’t no legally Kris Humphries or nobody else if the baby is not biologically Kris’s or if Kris didn’t legally adopt the baby. So what they were married for 72 days. Where’d you get your legal info?
@Princefan: This is legal fact… it depends on the states law. Her actual husband will likely have to sign something stating he is not the father.

ANY time a married woman gives birth to a child, the law PRESUMES the husband is the father. In the event Kim tries to get support out of Kris (which she will NOT do), all he would have to do is have a paternity test prove he is NOT the father.

Lady_Elle I’d like to see this posted in ANY state where the actual husband will to sign what papers? I believe the marriage to Kris was a sham anyway for their show and I really don’t believe Kim and Kanye are for real, Plus it has never been proven that Kim and Kris really married anyway. That wedding was probably a high priced fraud.
@Princefan: Do some research. There are father support groups to assist men that are forced to pay child support for babies that are not biologically theirs. One man was jailed when he lost his job and could not pay the court ordered support for a baby that is NOT his biological child.
Because Kris & Kim are going thru a divorce this case is a bit different. It is HIGH PROFILE and I think Kris will have a bargaining edge. Kim will want to get it over with sooner than later.
