'Drug Sniffing Dogs' school project

*We have all had science projects for school. One of the most popular is the exploding volcano.

And what about the revolving planets? That’s a popular science project as well. But it appears that today’s science project for elementary schools have run amuck!

Fourth-grader Emma Bartelt, won first place in the science fair at Coral Gables Preparatory Academy located a few miles southwest of downtown Miami, Florida, for her “Drug Sniffing Dogs” project.

The project included a mere 28 grams or approximately one ounce of cocaine to get the dogs agitated. The even more interesting aspect of the felony-inferred experiment was that her father provided the cocaine and the dogs.
