*Since 1981 I’ve had the fortunate opportunity to be around some of the biggest and brightest talents in the world of boxing.
From Roberto Duran, Larry Holmes, Gerry Cooney, the great Muhammad Ali, Mike Weaver, Michael Dokes, Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, Lennox Lewis, Oscar De La Hoya, Floyd Mayweather, Manny Pacquiao, to Juan Manuel Marquez ( there’s no doubt many that I failed to mention). I ‘ve been commissioned by them all and least that I forget, the one and only Don King.
I never imagined when I was younger that my life would evolve in this direction. But you never know what kind of plan that God has for you, you just have to roll with it and be grateful for whatever he blesses you with.
At the most recent boxing event in Las Vegas with Manny Pacquiao going against Juan Marquez, I was fortunate enough to get with rapper and now boxing promoter, 50 Cent who is currently promoting several fighters that include Andre Derrelle, and Yuriokis Gamboa who I recently painted a portrait for. 50 is in the process of opening a new boxing gym in Las Vegas and he has requested my services to paint murals, and I look forward to working with him.
In the video below (and the photo above), coming down the escalator, that’s me in the center flanked by 50 on my right (baseball cap) and Yuriokis Gamboa
