*Crazy Ted Nugent is running his militia mission again ever since conversation on gun reform was sparked by the Newtown, Connecticut tragedy.
He’s expressed his disdain for the Obama administration before, but now he’s talking about the president as a sworn enemy he plans to take down.
In fact, he was videotaped by Media Matters during a recent interview with Guns.com at the NBC-sponsored Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade Show.and is seen declaring war on the President as a communist loving, evil man.
Now, we all know that the First Amendment protects our right to speech, but his hate rhetoric is borderline illegal, isn’t it?
Not illegal at all. The 2nd amendment protects all the other amendments and gives him the right to speak of his love or dislike of anyone or anything. If he said he was planning to do harm to the President or anyone else for that matter, that’s an entirely different matter.
Funny how the first amendment did not apply to Jeremiah Wright when he spoke of his dislikes.
