*Is it creepy for a teen girl’s single dad to flirt shamelessly with a woman right in front of her? If it is, Jamie Foxx didn’t care, as he boldly spit game at Oscar pre-show correspondent Kelly Rowland during their exchange on the red carpet. [Scroll down to watch.]
“When I saw you, first of all, I’ve always had a crush on you,” Foxx told Rowland. “Listen….”
“I’m very embarrassed right now,” the Destiny’s Child singer interjected. “He’s a gentleman. I’m gonna stop him right now. I know, stop it. I love me some Jamie.”
Twitter went crazy over Foxx’s apparent flirtation and his 19-year-old daughter Corrine Bishop awkwardly standing by as it all went down.
During the interview, Foxx announced that he will direct a “Project Imagination” piece for Ron Howard, and that he hoped Rowland would star in it.
If he was trying to get a date, the Oscar-winning actor may have some competition. In December, Rowland was linked to R&B singer The Dream.
So you’re gonna compare a recording artist as-well-as Oscar winning actor to a philandering doughboy? Kelly Rowland should be ashamed of herself if she actually was connected to the Dream via anything other than a professional relationship. She could do much better than getting with a baby daddy.
His daughter looks more pissed than mortified. She has the look of a white woman who is offended that her Black man would dare even be cordial to a Black woman particularly in her presence. That daughter knows her father has no affinity for Black skin on a woman, so why is he playing around with Kelly as if he does. He’s merely trying to maintain a fan base while signaling what he loves by flaunting his daugher.
I agree Mel. Jamie is full of crock! His daughter is pretty but she is no stunning beauty queen. He flaunts her like he is pimping her out or something. Whatever!!!

This is some bull ish right here!!! I had not one problem with Jamie having his daughter at his side while he FAKED like he has a thing for K-Row. No matter who Kelly is supposedly dating, one thing we do know, Jamie aint doing the darker peruasion…so NEXT!!!
Wow, the only thing that looks mixed on his daught is her foundation but, I digress, he was very disrespectful to both women. I had to keep playing how her mouth just FELL, when he tried to flip Kelly . . .poor child, not a bit a talent, maybe you can talk Vanna off the “Wheel”. No talking, just turn boxes and smile.
Ok the only unified point of agreement all comments have is Jamie’s “flirt” with Kelly Rowland drew an uncomfortable look from his daughter’s face & tickled Ms. Rowland. On top of all his many talents, He’s a comedian; always has been, always will be. He did what comedians do, impromptu.

Eurweb: i follow all the awards shows, and at every single one so far, The Globen Globes, SAG Awards, The NAACP Image Awards, and now the Oscars, Jamie Foxx has brought his daugther to all of them. Can’t he get a date: Looks Very Creepy in mye eyes?

renee, a co-worker swears Jamie is gay, but I don’t believe he is. He’s is advertising his daughter and has been for years. Being seen with white or damned near is something extremely special to some Black men. The woman or women who bore Jamie’s children stay in the background living large I’m sure. Skip Gates and Cornell West do not parade their women around either, but we know their persuasion. I don’t recall seeing Wesley Snipes’ women either but we knew they were in the background. Jamie wants to maintain his privacy and fan base IMO. I never saw Chappelle with his wife either. Some times it’s better not being recognizable. Jamie’s daughter is his calling card.
