*Michelle Williams appears to have finally responded to Keyshia Cole’s tweet dissing her Super Bowl half time performance with Destiny’s Child.

As previously reported, Keyshia tweet-blasted Michelle for “f**kin up the groove” of the Destiny’s Child reunion. Days later, it was followed by someone’s retweet falsely attributed to Michelle that hit back at Cole with: “I’m Destiny’s Child and you are Frankie’s Child… You do the math.”

Williams quickly refuted the tweet, writing, “I never tweeted that! Be wise and check the ORIGINAL timeline before you spread more mess! Once again…God bless!”

Today, however, Williams seemed to address the kerfuffle in a post on her Facebook page, urging “all my ladies” to “stick together & support each other.”

She wrote: “It was an honor to share the stage with my sisters Kelly Rowland and Beyoncé on Sunday night. To all my ladies, we must learn to stick together and support each other. The incredible Alicia Keys and Jennifer Hudson did an amazing job too! Thank you to my sister Beyonce for sharing your moment with Destiny’s Child. Love you!”

  2. That’s what’s up! #aboss

  3. Sloppy, no singing hoodrat @ Keyshia. You can’t dance nor do you have stage presence. Are you jealous because YOU will NEVER get an opportunity to share the spotlight at a Super Bowl??? You handled it well Michelle. I didn’t see ANYTHING wrong with your performance.

  4. “all my ladies” to “stick together & support each other.”

Please. Remember that you only became a member of Destiny’s Child by Letoya and LaTavia getting kicked to the curb.

    • reds,
how she became a member of dc is irrelevant to the topic at hand, but i’m sure she recalls and is very grateful of the fact of how she became a member of dc. the point is, she IS and has been a member for 10 plus years now and she will always be. and whether she dances or sings as well as beyonce and kelly or not she has an active career and has made plenty money that still if flowing her way. bottomline, i like keyshia cole and she has a right to her opinion, but imo what she said was tacky and a fellow entertainer and especially once who’s not the best singer, dancer or performer herself. so i feel what michelle said about sticking together and supporting each other or shutting the hell up. that’s my 2.5 cents!

  5. Good for you Michelle for taking the high road. Does it really matter how or why Michelle became a member of DC at this point? The group is now defunct.

    • It “matters” only the “moles/trolls” who only want to start shyt, with their rants of …irrelevant BS, to attempt to “get a rise” outta somebawdy. Like…..HTF is/was it “HER” fault or DECISION, to fire those other chicks from DC!? Everybawdy who doesn’t have to “google their BS, has an UNwarped brain & is “correctly aware of “Black issues/people” knows this shyt, yet….moles/trolls chime in & try their BS “anti” brigade. SOooooo fkn transparent they are. Ehh well…”that basement gets/staaaaaays lonely” I guess so….”ta daaaaaah”. Hilaaaaaaaarious/SMH!

  6. The nail?, has been “hit ‘on the HEAD”!! The prollum eeaah?, nowadays there ARE no “ladies”, for the most part. All we have now?, are a bunch of jealous, immature & inSEcure “females”, attacking their own, ‘on some “crabby” BS. So Shelly….”good luck” in fiiiiiiiiinding some females who share your POV ei., …some “women/”ladies”!

  7. “so i feel what michelle said about sticking together and supporting each other or shutting the hell up.”

A feel you, but I’m just wondering how Letoya and LaTavia must feel at times like these. Thinking that should be them on that huge Super Bowl stage with the whole world watching.
I don’t think Michelle have a damn thing to complain about.

    Feel me?

    • musbdherbs says:

Letoya and LaTavia are likely still kicking themselves for allowing each other to be influenced by Jagged Edge and others. Should’ve stuck w/Kelly and played the part.

This is especially true since Letoya’s career is a nonstarter and Tavia’s been inexistent since she left.

Then again, they’ve both been out for well over a decade now so maybe they aren’t thinking much about…

      *ok who am I kidding*

      • @musbdherbs: I so agree!!! I mean… they have got to be saying ** d*mn, d*mn, d*mn!!! ** DAILY!

After the SuperBowl DC’s music sales increated by 600%

        Dang good return on investment!!!

  8. My favorite response was the one from one of Michelle’s twitter followers!

    I’m Destiny’s Child… you Frankie’s Child… YOU Do the Math!!!

    *** PRICELESS ***

  9. I know Keyshia is somewhere pulling her hair out since the DC’s sales went straight to the roof.

  10. Michelle’s response was classy. It likely made Keyshia Cole feel very small, as well she should. Moving on…

I see in the comments that Destiny Child’s record sales skyrocketed after the Superbowl. Seriously??? There was something performed that made people want to go out and purchase that? Wow. I have not seen a performance that made me want to find out more about the artist or purchase the artist’s music since I caught a rerun of some guy named Luke James performing on the BET Honors show. Just a man and a microphpone, no pyrotechnics, no special effects, nothing, and he BLEW THE HOUSE DOWN. I was honestly BLOWN away. (Google it if you didn’t see it when it came on.)

Speaking of elite performers, Jeffrey Osborne was on Tavis’ show last night and I was reminded why he is my favorite singer. He came from an era of REAL music and real musicians. He talked about how back in the day people wrote songs and played instruments and sang from the soul. I am not from his generation but my taste better matches with that era. I SOOO for the life of me–no hate or anything– DON’T UNDERSTAND THE APPEAL of this Destiny’s Child group or any of the “artists’” seperate careers! There is NOTHING there. Give me some LTD ANY DAY OF THE DANG WEEK. I CRAVE a resurgence of real music. I pray for it. I think our culture needs it like it needs air. We are DYING focused on these mediocre, overrated folks! Ugh

TGen, I recently read about Jeffrey’s new CD. See he’s working with George Duke and Chaka Khan. Hope it’s a hit.

  12. Hay, Let’s do that “stick together”.
