My opinion on what is hurting school children! 1. Broken families 2. No support networks 3. Small neighborhood schools being done away with that foster a since of community and children being herded like cattle into large schools. 4. Violence in television, video games, movies etc. 5. No believe in a higher power (God). 6. Working moms no one home that is focused on making the kids feel like they matter. 7. No boundaries set or rules for what will happen if they are broken. 8. No expectations or chores etc. 9. Kids are foundering and it is because of the moral decay in this country!!

  2. Don’t be too quick to blame the school system. How close to some of the video games is this plot. Where are the parents? Do the young men have any adult leadership in their lives?

Children who are not empathetic have a part of the brain that did not develop properly…usually these kids are not held, loved or have not had their needs met from the time they were babies or at least early years…no cuddling, holding, cooing, etc. These babies are left to self soothe or put in time out…it only makes them angrier and the brain does not develop properly…thus behavior personality disorders. Ask prisoners what their childhood was like. Whether or not mom was home…their needs were not met.
