*Kanye West is giving up his bachelor pad.
The 35-year-old rapper, who recently bought a $9 million Bel Air mansion with his pregnant girlfriend Kim Kardashian, has listed his three bedroom, four bathroom home in the Hollywood Hills for $3.3 million, according to TMZ.
The couple’s first baby – rumored to be a girl – is due in July.
