*Katherine Jackson has filed a motion asking the judge presiding over her wrongful death case to ban evidence about the conception of Jackson’s kids, Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket.
The Jackson family matriarch is suing promoters behind her son Michael’s doomed This Is It comeback tour, claiming they were negligent in ignoring life-threatening health concerns.
In legal documents obtained by TMZ, Katherine, the kids’ co-guardian, argues the jury doesn’t need to hear about her grandchildren’s biological parentage.
Katherine also wants the judge to bar any mention of the child molestation allegations the King of Pop fought before his death, as well as mention of his siblings’ financial problems.
A judge has not yet ruled on the motions. Katherine goes to trial on April 2 over allegations AEG Live executives negligently hired and supervised Conrad Murray, the doctor who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for causing the superstar’s death in 2009.

For what??? The parentage of his children has nothing to do with this man’s failure to keep this man alive.

She was more negligent than anyone by letting that beast she’s married to abuse her children for all those years, all for the sake of making “stars” out of them. What a mess.

Only going by what Michael said and Joe agreed with, the same as you are going by what the judge and jury said. After all, you weren’t there with Michael and the Doctor, but you seem to know for sure that he was negligent. Silly things aren’t we?
These kids have already endured enough with Michael’s passing. Releasing their parentage would only bring unnecessary turmoil that they don’t need.
the case is about wrongful death and has not one thing to do with who the biological mother and father are or how the kids were conceived. i agree with katherine that the only thing they should be talking about in the trial is what pertains to the wrongful death suit itself. why jermaine changed his name,who’s struggling or not struggling financially or in any other shape form or fashion,joe beating his kids or anything else other than the wrongful death of her son michael jackson is relevant to anybody but the nosey azz people who just wanna be in somebody else’s mix or those who wanna continue twisting things to make the jackson family seem crazy. no they aint perfect and neither is other individual person or the family that person comes from. this woman lost a son.
What POSSIBLE relevance to the wrongful death case can all of that be??? This is B.S.!!!
