*Rihanna says a bout of laryngitis caused her to cancel a gig in Boston over the weekend.
The singer was scheduled to perform at the TD Garden, but Live Nation postponed the show this morning, saying, “Unfortunately, following her sold out concert on Friday, Rihanna has contracted laryngitis and per doctor’s instruction is unable to perform this evening.”
The Boston show will be rescheduled, according to Live Nation, and Riri’s scheduled Tuesday concert in Baltimore will go on as planned.
Rihanna, meanwhile, tweeted her lament about the Boston date.
