Well, Walmart is probably having mixed feelings this morning on the latest crime thwarted in their Orange County, Florida, store.
Shopper, Jose Martinez, 35, shot at shopflifter Eddie McGee as he tried to make his way out of the store while Loss Prevention officers pursued him.
McGee pushed a woman down and Martinez opened fire as he chased McGee to his car. He shot several holes into the vehicle as well as taking out the back window, according to local NBC affiliate WESH.
Ok dude shot at the shoplifter like he stole something from him, now the would be super hero will face criminal charges too. After watching the clip why did you say don’t laugh at Ann Buongiorno?

McGee is charged with retail theft, but Martinez, on the other hand, is charged with aggravated battery and shooting into an occupied vehicle.
They need to really start doing something about these crazy white and Hispanics who feel they have a license to do anything with a gun as long as it’s a black man staring down the barrel. He should be charged with attempted murder. Wonder what they would do if one of them white kids was caught in his volley of bullets.
Martinez fired after him, hitting his trunk, his back window, and at least two other cars.
And he ain’t all that crazy. That’s why he lied to police.
Martinez tells WKMG that he pulled out his gun to defend himself from the shoplifter. “He tried to run me over,” he says.
But police say that story doesn’t jibe with security videos or witness statements. One 911 caller reported seeing Martinez run to McKee’s car, pull open the door, point his gun at McKee and yell, “Freeze, freeze, don’t move!”
But like how much was the value of the stolen item? Walmart doesn’t even press charge if it’s less than $25.
