*Barbara Walters said this morning that Elisabeth Hasselbeck is not leaving “The View.”
The conservative co-host sat quietly as Walters addressed what she called the “particularly false story that keeps getting picked up,” referring to an Us Weekly report last week that quoted unnamed sources claiming Hasselbeck was being fired for her conservative views.
“The truth is, we love Elisabeth,” Walters told the audience. “I like her personally and she’s just a wonderful person. But beyond that, we value and appreciate her point her view. It’s important to us because Elisabeth helps give this show perspective and balance. And believe me, she’s tougher than she looks, [having to] sit here for a decade and take the kind of guff we give her.”

Elizsabeth is the one who gives an opposing point of view on the show..she’s not so BRIGHT or that intelligent (IMPO)… if not for Eilzsabeth the View’s opinion panel would be a very BORING.. Whoopie really needs to GO LONG AGO-bad choice fromthe start IMPO ans she has become TWICE the size in weight since being on the show.. and I could see Elizsabeth leaving alsoo and replaced with another conservative opinion co-host..however let me say this Barbara is NOT to be trusted..she will say one thing and flip her comments in a New York minute ..ask Star Jones.. who knew this about Barbara and screwed Barbara before Barbara side blinded Star… and so Star left the show on her OWN terms not on Barbara’s terms..Joy and Rosie left on Barbara terms, basically both were fired..
I love Elizabeth. Hopefully Barb get rid of Sherri Shepherd. She is dumb.
