On Sunday, Trump continued to spread his venom against the five innocent men that came to be known as the Central Park 5, after becoming New York City’s scapegoat for the horrifying rape of a woman jogging through Central Park, April 19, 1989.

All five of the young men’s confessions were coerced and later recanted, but Trump was sure they were guilty and took out pricey ads in the New York Times, the Daily News, the Post and Newsday in support of the death penalty, according to Wonkette.
