*Beyoncé’s cover of Amy Winehouse’s “Back to Black” from the upcoming “Great Gatsby” soundtrack has finally hit the web via a new trailer for the film…and Papa Winehouse ain’t impressed.
“I don’t think she brings anything to it,” Mitch Winehouse told the Daily Mail. “I wasn’t asked for my permission if they could record it.
“They have got to pay for the privilege, which is what they are doing. I can’t tell you how much it is but it’s a lot of money.”
As previously reported, Beyoncé reteamed with “Party” partner André 3000 for the remake, located on the deluxe edition of “The Great Gatsby” soundtrack executive produced by her husband Jay-Z.
