*(New York, NY/Philadelphia, PA) — NFL Superbowl Champion, Entrepreneur and Philanthropist,Raheem Brock, in conjunction with the Raheem Brock Foundation , is proud to present the Inaugural Community Health Fair on Saturday, April 27, 2013 on the campus of Temple University from 12-4 PM.
Recognizing the limited access to preventable health care,The Raheem Brock Foundation will be hosting FREE health screenings to build awareness and provide solutions for healthy living to the Philadelphia community. Medical personnel will be on hand to provide Body Mass Index, Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Breast Cancer, and Vision Screenings, and examine patients for oral care issues. In addition to the offerings, Fitness Demos, Nutritional Advising, and Tips for Stress Release will also be available.
The Raheem Brock Foundation Inaugural Community Health Fair is made possible in partnership with Temple University Police, Temple University Health System, Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia Eagles, Einstein Healthcare, Shriners Hospital, Fox Chase Cancer Center, KEYSPOT, Drexel University, American Red Cross, Pretzel Crisp, UrbanClout, LLC. and The Fever Company, LLC.
The Raheem Brock Foundation Inaugural Community Health Fair will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2013 from 12-4 PM at the Temple University Student Pavilion located 1901 N. 15th Street, Philadelphia, PA. Admission is FREE to the Public.
