teacher & student*Does it seem like there’s a conspiracy to rid the U.S. of its public schools?

Well, if there is, one state seems to be the prototype for the government’s experiment.

Michigan teachers in a small school district in the Buena Vista Education Association joined together Friday, and agreed to work for free as they were notified that the district has run out of money to pay their salaries.

The school year does not end until June 23, but their pay will stop in mid-May, according to the Huffington Post.
