Although the pictures were clearly of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, Zolciak claims that the pictures were from some time ago.
She can’t recall just how long ago the pictures were actually taken of her puffing a cigarette but feels the agency set out to purposely deceive the world by labeling pictures as current when they are in fact from another time period.
Kim admits she was photographed wearing black sweat pants Friday by the agency but maintains she was not smoking.
According to TMZ, Zolciak has accused the agency of creating a made-up scandal. To make matters worse, she says when the pictures of her smoking were actually taken the photographers were trespassing.
Reports say that the photographers were in fact on private property and in return have taken the smoking pictures down.
Zolciak is seeking an apology and may still proceed with a lawsuit.
