*Lil Wayne recently paid a $3.4 million judgment to Quincy Jones III for a failed documentary the two originally agreed to co-create.
Papers filed this week with the Miami-Dade County Clerk’s office show the little guy finally paid up in full.
Last November, a Los Angeles jury found that Lil Wayne had screwed producer Quincy Jones III out of potential profits by blocking the release of a documentary about him. By April, Lil Wayne still hadn’t paid the piper. That’s when David Goldstein, Jones’ Miami lawyer, began to play hardball.
Goldstein was just prepping to seize the rapper’s assets in South Florida, including his $11.6 million pad on the exclusive La Gorce Island, as well as some of high-pried vehicles parked inside, when the check was written.
