The group holds nominations for two awards in the “New Artist” and “Best Duo/Group” categories. Group leader Jeremy Wallace is still excited about being acknowledged at the inaugural event:
“I count it an honor to be nominated for anything! It’s a cool blessing when people recognize your God-given talents and abilities. We are truly grateful.”
The nominations were announced on the heels of releasing their new single, “Run To You.” The inspirational track is described as “Mellow, mid-tempo, easy-listening and very catchy.” Jeremy warns listeners to focus on the words of the song, not just get lost in its catchy vibe. “Lyrically, this song is quite powerful! It’s not just encouraging, but it is a reminder that we don’t have to face the trials of life alone,” says Wallace.
The track was previewed at a listening party last year hosted at Audiostate 55 Studios in Birmingham, AL, home of Grammy Award winning composer/producer, Dr. Henry Panion. The debut project, “Press Through,” holds 12 tracks that draws influences from contemporary and traditional gospel, but with an urban praise and worship flair.
“Press Through” has gained air play on stations in the United Kingdom, as well as on some of the top stations in the region (95.7 Jamz). “Run To You” is available on iTunes, Amazon, CDBaby, Google Play and with other online retailers.
