Jay Z*A company that reportedly owns the phrase “Hood Love” is suing Jay Z and Rocawear for using it all over their T-shirts.

HoodLove, LLC is a for-profit company dedicated to improving poverty stricken communities.

The company filed the lawsuit against ROC Apparel Group earlier this month for their T-shirt that has HoodLove in giant letters and is being sold as part of the Rocawear line, says TMZ.

According to HoodLove, they’ve owned the trademark for the name since 2006 before Jay’s company starting using it, and confusing the public while making a profit from it.

HoodLove is suing for the profits made from the Rocawear shirts that bear their trademark and to have the apparel removed from stores.
