lebron james*NBA 2K14 has brought on the Miami Heat’s Lebron James to help with the soundtrack for the upcoming video game.

NBA.com reported that during James’s offseason, he will be the music curator over the best selling video game franchise. On Friday, 2K Sports revealed the basketball star chose up to 20 songs for the soundtrack and will also be featured on the cover of the video game.

James feels honored to be the first cover athlete to pick songs for the soundtrack.

“2K is letting me take control of some important elements in NBA 2K14, including this year’s soundtrack,” James said. “I love that I’m the first NBA 2K cover athlete to choose the soundtrack.”

The game goes on sale Oct.1, songs to be featured on the soundtrack are Drake’s ‘Started From The Bottom,’ Phil Collins’ ‘In the Air Tonight,’ Daft Punk’s ‘Get Lucky,’ featuring Pharrell Williams and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ ‘Can’t Hold Us,’ with Ray Dalton.

Other music to be featured include Jay-Z, Robin Thicke, Eminem, Fly Union, Gorillaz, Jadakiss, John Legend, Kanye West, Rick Ross, Kendrick Lamar, Nas and P. Diddy.
