*It’s nice when sisters get along. Especially identical twins.

Between Tia Mowry-Hardict and Tamera Mowry-Housley, the two are just adorable as they go through motherhood together, teaching each other the dos, don’ts, and expectations.

So Tia is actually a new mom, but not as new as her sister, so she has the right to tell Tamera how it’s done.

Tamera delivered her first child last November, and now she has her best sis to help her through the growing pains.

“The first thing, she was like, ‘Oh, my goodness! How do you do this breastfeeding? It’s difficult, it’s hard and it hurts!'” Tia told Ok! Magazine. “I’m like, ‘Just stay with it. Everything will be fine.'”

Another helpful tip she offered was about taking naps.

“I’ve also given her the advice of ‘sleep when the baby sleeps,’ because, like me, we want to make sure everything is tidied up around the house and in the kitchen and with the clothes,” Tia said. “I’m like, ‘Tamera, you just have to let them pile up a little bit, and sleep when your baby sleeps, because if you don’t, you will be a walking zombie.'”

And thankfully for Tia and her little pumpkin, 17-month-old Cree, he’ll have someone to play with pretty soon.
