*Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed has done it again; he’s been reelected to a second term, defeating three virtually unknown challengers as he continues to raise his profile overseeing arguably the South’s key city.
Reed, a former state lawmaker, is perhaps best known outside Atlanta for his strong support of President Obama and his working relationship with Republican Gov. Nathan Deal on issues including economic development and transportation.
