*Unfortunately for Toni Braxton, a man has bought the rights to more than 2 dozen of her hits during her bankruptcy battle.
According to TMZ, Braxton made a deal in her bankruptcy case, in which she settled with her various debtors.
The deal stated that Braxton could buy back 27 songs from her music catalog for $20k. The downside to the deal was that she could be outbid, and sadly she was.
A man named Ross M. Klein doubled Toni’s bid and was awarded all 27 songs including “You’re Making Me High,” “How Many Ways,” and “Always.”
TMZ reports that her smash hit “Un-Break My Heart” was not among the 27 songs she lost.
