*(Via iDateDaily) – If you watched the steamy “56th Annual Grammy Awards” opening performance featuring Beyoncé and Jay-Z, you know the “Drunk In Love” singer kept viewers on the edge of their seats with her seductive movements, sultry
lip-synching singing, and laced apparel.
The singer holds many job titles: singer, songwriter, feminist, actress, etc.; but one would guess that the most challenging jobs she have are wife to Jay-Z and mom to the couple’s two-year-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter.
How does a female entertainer manage to keep her fans drooling and albums flying off of the shelves without losing the integrity of her roles off-stage?
This is the question many people have debated since the singer secretly released her self-titled album filled with rated-R lyrics and imagery.
It’s a new brand for Beyoncé, who was once known for being a conservative Christian girl from Texas. The drastic change leads many fans and critics questioning Jay-Z’s acceptance of his wife/mother of his daughter’s image. Is he uncomfortable with it, but supportive of her career decision?
Or was it his recommendation that led the singer to change her “good girl” image? What does his acceptance of his wife’s new image say about their marriage? Many fans and critics took to Russell Simmons’ Facebook fan page to debate the topic.
