Loni Love*Now that’s it’s been cleared for a full run, starting later this year, Fox’s talk show “The Real” – hosted by Tamar Braxton, Loni Love, Adrienne Bailon, Jeannie Mai and Tamera Mowry-Housley – will cover a variety of topics from beauty, fashion and relationships.

The women of “The Real” are pretty diverse and are all of color. Love spoke with the HuffPost Live about why there are “no white women” on the show and the benefits of having a show with such a dynamic group.

“We have spirited discussions and disagreements, because we come from different lifestyles. But that’s why I think America is like tagging on to us…we’re all ethnic women,” the comedienne admitted.

“A lot of people were wondering, ‘why isn’t a white woman on?’ Well, we felt like we had some women come on the table and we have guests. But it’s just a different type of feeling when it’s all ethnic women.”
