Days after admitting he’s not financially able to fully pay child support to his baby mama, TMZ reports that Ludacris asked a judge to force the mother of his 2-month-old daughter, Tamika Fuller, for child support.

Luda’s request is the latest in a long running battle for custody and child support between the entertainer and Fuller, who asked for $15,000 a month in child support.

A judge ultimately awarded her $7,000 a month after Ludacris mentioned that he was unable to honor Fuller’s request in light of Paul Walker’s death derailing the filming of “Fast & Furious 7.

All of this comes as Luda wants full custody of his daughter. According to legal documents, the entertainer says he’s a “fit and capable parent” and should get full physical custody. To prove his worth, Ludacris added that he’s always been “an active father” to his 12-year-old daughter, Karma Bridges.
