When Lee and Tyson arrived at the Television Critics Association conference, all of the reporters failed to applaud their entrance.
“No one clapped upon their entrance and Lee scolded reporters,” a spy told Page Six. “He told them, ‘Usually when the heavyweight champion of the world enters the room, people applaud.’ ”
Lee started clapping, and the room followed. Tyson broke the ice by joking, “There’s no way I’m Charles Manson … but I’m never going to be a Mother Teresa, either.”
