Da Brat*A little more than three years ago, Da Brat came out of prison after serving 21 months for assaulting former NFL cheerleader Shayla Stevens.

A little more than three years later, the femcee is reacting to a hefty judgment against her in the case. According to media sources, Da Brat has been ordered to pay Stevens $6.4 million.

Court records say the So So Def rhymesayer’s role in the bottle-wielding incident caused permanent facial scarring, neurological impairment, and severe mental pain to Stevens.

Judging by a recent video she made, Da Brat isn’t too upset with how the case turned out.

“Like I said in court, I definitely shouldn’t have done what I did and the girl deserved some compensation, but $6.4m? Hell no. I don’t know where anybody gonna get that from,” she calmly stated. “You can’t squeeze water from a turnip.”

“It is what it is,” Da Brat continued. “When I start getting it, they’ll get some.” Later she added, “They gotta wait in line.”

Da Brat’s reaction video was shot exactly three years after her release date on February 28, 2011. The rapstress’ last album was 2003’s “Limelite, Luv & Niteclubz. As the first female rapper to go platinum in 1994, she had better channel some of that old magic back to hope to make a dent in her debt.
