*This week in model on model crime… Los Angeles-based male model Landry Macedo has sued “America’s Next Top Model” judge Rob Evans for allegedly handing him a beat down in 2012 that required hospitalization.
Macedo filed the lawsuit for assault and battery, claiming he and Evans were at a modeling event when Evans flipped out and began striking him repeatedly in the face and head.
Landry claims their management agency Next Management is also responsible for the attack because it was aware of Evans’ violent tendencies, as well as his past as a professional boxer, and did nothing to stop him.
Evans was arrested for assault at the time of the original incident. The criminal case is ongoing.
Landry is seeking unspecified damages.
